Positioned in one of Southern California’s most competitive hospitality markets, the property required a design that elevated brand standards, optimized operational efficiency, and increased long-term asset value.
Peregrine curio Collection – Omaha, NE
For the Peregrine Curio Collection Hotel in Omaha, our role was focused exclusively on one of the most critical drivers of ownership performance: strategic procurement. Our procurement strategy preserved design intent while reducing capital expenditures. Through competitive bidding, value analysis, and supplier negotiation, we delivered brand-compliant furnishings and finishes that elevated the guest experience without unnecessary cost escalation.
Hilton – Columbus, Oh
For the Hilton Downtown Columbus, our interior design strategy reinforced Hilton’s brand equity in a high-demand urban market. Located at the intersection of convention, corporate, and cultural activity, the property required a design that could scale with fluctuating demand while enhancing long-term asset performance.

Our design strategy for The Home2 Suites in Lynchburg, Virginia, was driven by one objective: maximizing investor return through smartly chosen durable, high quality materials at very rea. We focused on creating flexible, extended-stay interiors that increase length of stay and occupancy while controlling lifecycle costs.
Hampton Inn – Wabash, IN
At the Hampton Inn in Wabash, Indiana, durable finishes, standardized furnishings, and low-maintenance materials were selected to minimize operating expenses and extend replacement cycles. Guestroom and public-area layouts were optimized to improve circulation and reduce labor intensity, supporting consistent service delivery with lower ongoing costs.
DoubleTree – Las Vegas Airport, NV
For the DoubleTree by Hilton at Las Vegas Airport, Nevada, our interior design strategy was engineered to capture premium airport-driven demand while protecting investor returns through disciplined cost control and revenue-focused design. The design balances DoubleTree’s upscale positioning with the operational realities of a high-turn, business- and group-oriented property.
We specified durable, hospitality-grade finishes and furnishings selected for high-traffic performance and extended replacement cycles, reducing long-term capital expenditures in a demanding operational environment. Public spaces were planned to support efficient guest flow, quick check-ins, and flexible group use—maximizing throughput and supporting strong ADR without increasing labor burden.
